People ask what I actually look at when I check a website.
·Alex Danciulescu
It's four things, in this order:
1. How fast it loads on mobile data — not office Wi-Fi
2. Whether Google can read it properly
3. How easy you are to contact, counted in taps
4. Whether it looks like a business a stranger would trust with money
Everything else is detail. If those four are healthy, the site is doing its job. If one is broken, it's usually the one quietly costing the most.
