A contact form doesn't announce it when it stops working.

It just sits there, looking fine.
I see this often in Dubai businesses: the site was updated, a plugin changed, an email address was retired — and somewhere along the way the enquiry form stopped delivering. The owner notices nothing, because nothing looks broken. Enquiries simply get quieter, and everyone blames the market.
Here is a test that takes two minutes. Open your own website on your phone, fill in your contact form like a customer would, and press send. Then check: did the message actually arrive? In the inbox someone reads, not one that was abandoned two staff members ago?
Do the same with the booking button, the call button, the WhatsApp link. Tap each one. You are checking one thing only: does it end with a real person receiving a real message?
A broken form is one of the few website problems that costs you money every single day while giving no sign at all. Which is why it's worth testing on purpose, on a schedule, instead of waiting for a customer to mention it — because most customers won't. They'll just move to the next tab.
If you want a second pair of eyes on it, this is one of the things I check: https://TechBiz.ae
